About the role

• Senior Cloud Architect specializing in AWS cloud architecture and technical governance for significant workloads. Leading design efforts and ensuring security best practices while collaborating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Designing and providing the technical governance over the delivery of significant workloads on the cloud
• Defining the infrastructure, network, and security design, along with the design of platform tooling services
• Setting the technical standards that define what good looks like for all services
• Designing and delivering workloads using a wide range of AWS services including; AWS Organizations, CloudTrail, SecurityHub, GuardDuty, IAM and IAM Identity Center
• Leading client CCoE transformation, establishing RACI models and operational governance
• Ensuring adherence to Well Architected principles across the client’s enterprise solutions

Requirements

• AWS Cloud Architects with extensive landing zone knowledge
• Experience of designing and operating enterprise-scale landing zones within AWS
• Understanding of the key security risks that are present when operating workloads within AWS
• Ability/willingness to pass DV clearance is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to architect appropriate and scalable Cloud solutions with the ability to assess trade-offs with design options.
