Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, information systems, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in project management within an agile environment
- Good technical understanding and an interest in modern software development
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Redmine is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Scrum is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, quick comprehension, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
- Experience handling complex subject matter
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, empathy, and openness
