Responsibilities
Make Cleos Welt visible and convert interested prospects into customers
Conceptualize and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned & Earned)
Develop cross-channel customer journeys
Support the build-out of the CRM system
Further expand the tracking and analytics setup and implement necessary adjustments
Requirements
Several years of experience in data-driven online marketing or performance marketing
Ideally experience in e-commerce, FinTech or InsurTech
Able to use and configure GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
Contributed to multi-step customer journeys and data-driven optimization of their efficiency and effectiveness
Strong understanding of data as well as the target audience and users
Very good written and spoken German skills
