About the role

  • Online Marketing Manager creating data-driven marketing campaigns for Cleos Welt. Focusing on building customer journeys and optimizing marketing strategies in the pet insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Make Cleos Welt visible and convert interested prospects into customers
  • Conceptualize and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned & Earned)
  • Develop cross-channel customer journeys
  • Support the build-out of the CRM system
  • Further expand the tracking and analytics setup and implement necessary adjustments

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in data-driven online marketing or performance marketing
  • Ideally experience in e-commerce, FinTech or InsurTech
  • Able to use and configure GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Contributed to multi-step customer journeys and data-driven optimization of their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of data as well as the target audience and users
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
