About the role
- Associate Program Manager supporting Energy Efficient products programs in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Managing resources and collaborating to enhance programs, operations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support efficient products components of NJ and Pennsylvania utility contracts as directed by the utility and in compliance with state and contract requirements.
- Work with and have direct oversight from senior management
- Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction
- Manage concurrent tasks and deadlines
- Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to increase participation and deliver contract goals.
- Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years project/program management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with energy efficiency program
- Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service experience and focus
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree and Masters preferred
