Responsibilities

  • Coordinating guest acquisition, bookings, and scheduling for current and upcoming podcasts
  • Writing and adapting short and mid-length copy for CRM, website, and social media
  • Maintaining content calendars and social publishing schedules
  • Managing episode and asset trackers, content libraries, and version control

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent English skills and the ability to adapt tone for consumer audiences
  • Confident handling of administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Experience writing copy for emails, social media, or websites (portfolio required)
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient with content tools (Google Workspace, CMS, scheduling/planning platforms)
