Responsibilities
- Support the Product Sales Manager ANZ/APAC in progressing existing opportunities with tailored, compelling proposals
- Engage libraries through calls, emails, webinars, and newsletters to showcase technical benefits.
- Attend conferences and client meetings; travel independently as needed.
- Provide post-sale guidance to ensure full software adoption and create marquee library partners for case studies.
- Identify and refer new opportunities through industry engagement and relationship-building
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field
- 5+ Years of Relevant Experience
- Public Library librarian or industry expert with deep experience in public libraries
- Strong understanding of library operations and challenges
- Ability to explain technical features in practical, value-driven terms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable hosting webinars and events
- Master or above degree with major in Library industry (preferred)
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at conferences
- Trusted advisor mindset with credibility in the library sector
- Proactive, relationship-driven approach to engagement
- Ability to translate technical features into operational and patron experience benefits
- Comfortable working collaboratively with sales teams and independently if needed
