About the role

- You will meet and interact with company leaders (very small businesses and SMEs) and their teams in Montpellier and surrounding areas
- You will help entrepreneurs sustain their activities, improve their economic, human and social performance, and achieve their objectives
- You will support them in their strategic thinking, decision-making and project implementation
- You will be particularly involved in supporting Development, Business Transfer, Succession and Company Acquisition projects
- You will develop skills on deliverables including: Company diagnosis within its environment; Preparation of business plans; Business and goodwill valuation; Legal and tax optimization; Management consulting: break-even analysis, financing, and organizational optimization
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Master 1 or 2 (e.g., business school, IAE) with a specialization in finance or accounting/expertise track
- Your background enables you to address issues holistically, beyond purely financial aspects
- In addition to solid technical skills
- You are attentive to others and possess excellent interpersonal and human qualities
- You are able to adapt and communicate with different profiles
