About the role
- Consultant Trainer for Timesquare HR software solutions at Holy-Dis, responsible for user training and support. Engaging with clients to customize the software and enhance utilization.
Responsibilities
- Train users on the features of the Timesquare software
- Participate in analyzing clients' needs and help them adapt the software to their specific requirements
- Provide ongoing user support and assistance in case of difficulties
- Monitor technological developments in the HR software domain
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new modules or features for the software
- Ensure internal communication regarding software updates and new usage practices
- Training assignments at client sites are partly on-site (throughout France) and remote.
Requirements
- Two-year postsecondary degree (Bac +2) or operational experience in one of our key sectors (retail, contact centers, or hospitality/restaurant)
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in training on HR management software or operational experience in one of our key sectors
- Knowledge of HR management processes, roster/schedule planning, absence management, and time & attendance management
- Familiarity with HRIS modules for TIME (scheduling and time & attendance) and PAYROLL
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and rigor in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments of the company
