Delegate Sales Executive responsible for selling EnergyNet’s conferences over the phone in English and French. Building client relationships and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
Selling over the phone to existing, and potential new clients, to meet realistic sales revenue targets both in English and French.
Creating, developing, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach, demonstrating the value of attending EnergyNet’s conferences.
Keeping abreast of market developments, identifying, and researching new growth areas for sales.
Maintaining key customer care objectives.
Help develop strategies and initiatives with your line manager to ensure the ongoing growth and development of the conferences and your role.
Liaising with the Marketing Team and Line Manager to follow up on enquiries, upselling, database updates, new business, group sales, and reports.
Monitoring and evaluation of all competitor activity.
Ensuring and assisting accounts personnel in the timely payment of all customer payments.
Requirements
Commercially minded, demonstrating excellent market and product knowledge.
Fluency in spoken French is essential with an understanding of foreign business cultures being advantageous.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Confident, resilient, and responding well under pressure.
Customer focused and able to problem-solve quickly.
Ability to negotiate and build rapport effectively.
Strong drive and ambition, displaying confidence and tenacity.

Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
