Responsibilities
- The Enterprise Project Manager at Claranet is responsible for leading and ensuring the success of highly technically complex projects involving Private Cloud infrastructure, Public Cloud (AWS, Oracle, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud), Cybersecurity, Data and integration of critical platforms;
- Acts as a point of reference in the management of large strategic projects, ensuring execution within agreed timeframes, costs and quality, as well as alignment with clients' business needs and Claranet's strategic priorities;
- Among their responsibilities are detailed planning, risk and change management, management of internal and external stakeholders, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, corporate project governance and the adoption of agile or hybrid methodologies depending on the needs of each delivery;
- Also serves as a facilitator between technical teams, architecture and clients, ensuring clarity in communication, mitigation of impacts and delivery of added value;
- Additionally, promotes the standardization of project management practices, supports the establishment of PMOs and contributes with training and mentoring to strengthen management maturity within the organization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specialization in related areas are desirable.
- Certifications: Advanced project management certifications (PMI, e.g., PMP), Scrum or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Training: Experience with advanced project management courses, agile methodologies and risk mitigation.
- Specific skills: Leadership in project management, development of risk mitigation strategies, and support to senior management.
