About the role

  • Consultant supporting proposal drafting and research execution for various public sector initiatives. Focused on strategy development, international expansion, and fostering entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting of proposals, development of methodologies, and execution of research to deliver high-impact solutions for clients across various domains, including strategy development, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and market research;
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and analytical work for projects with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations, focusing on policy initiatives and e-services that enhance community welfare;
  • Assist in designing methodologies and conducting research to support governments, universities, and corporations in building ecosystems that foster entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth for start-ups and SMEs;
  • Perform structured research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform recommendations and identify best practices that drive social and economic development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, research, or analytical roles;
  • Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to prepare clear written materials (e.g., reports, proposals, presentations);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure research and support data-driven methodologies;
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in research, proposal development, and working with diverse clients, including private sector, public institutions, and innovation-focused organizations;
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize findings and contribute to client-facing materials;
  • A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality outputs;
  • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
