Responsibilities

  • Join the team at Fines Victoria supporting the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety.
  • Assist customers with understanding and managing their fines as the first point of contact.
  • Provide support to make a positive difference in customers’ experiences.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with training initially in the office and later from home.

Requirements
