About the role
- Accountant supporting high net-worth clients in the Advisory Department at Citrin Cooperman. Responsible for bank reconciliations, financial reports, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and client team members
- Prepare Bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports
- Pay client bills
- Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding
- Update performance registers
- Resolve vendor issues
- Update billing worksheets
- Process medical claims
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Agilink, Datafaction a plus
