About the role

  • Ensure accurate accounting for TSD touring show operations;
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the show contracts under your responsibility and act as the primary point of contact for them;
  • Actively participate in month-end processes and deliver all tasks related to the financial results of the shows you oversee within established deadlines;
  • Work closely with tour directors and senior tour directors to support their quarterly forecasts;
  • Complete quarterly forecasts and actively participate in the budgeting process;
  • Support touring cost center directors in developing their projections;
  • Prepare monthly variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) for shows in your division;
  • Participate in the quarterly review process of analyses provided by the financial information team (variance explanations);
  • Assist in preparing external audit files and tax dossiers, and respond to related inquiries;
  • Actively participate in onboarding new projects in your area;
  • Document your work procedures to facilitate interchangeability with colleagues;
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting standards and administrative procedures;
  • Improve and maintain necessary internal controls for all processes under your responsibility;
  • Availability to travel for temporary replacements or ongoing training is an asset;
  • Flexibility in working hours to support tours across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A.A.) with a concentration in accounting or equivalent;
  • Recognized accounting designation;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a large organization;
  • Excellent command of Excel;
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is an asset;
  • Knowledge of LongView is an asset;
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and good adaptability to change;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to establish and maintain clear, structured communication;
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset;
  • Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.
