About the role

Responsibilities
- In the Customer Project Execution area, you will support wind farm projects from contract signing through to final acceptance.
- Together with colleagues from Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Legal, you ensure our projects are executed safely, on schedule and within budget.
- As Contract Manager, you protect Vestas’ commercial interests throughout the construction phase.
- You provide the project team with practical advice on contractual and commercial matters.
- You develop strategies to assert claims against clients and subcontractors.
- You identify risks, assess them and derive mitigation measures.
- You conduct complex contract negotiations and coordinate lessons learned to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
- A university degree in Law, Business, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in contract or project management.
- In-depth knowledge of the application and interpretation of contracts in the construction and energy sectors.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- A structured, solution-oriented working style with strong cost and safety awareness.
- Intercultural awareness, team spirit and excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Experience providing subject-matter leadership on complex issues.
