About the role

  • Lead co-selling initiatives between CI&T and AWS ensuring alignment and excellence in partnerships. Focus on strategic proposals and relationships within the AWS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead co-selling efforts between CI&T and AWS, ensuring predictability, smooth execution, and excellence in joint opportunities.
  • Organize, prioritize, and track all co-selling opportunities with AWS.
  • Mobilize specialized technical teams (architecture, data, AI, engineering, design).
  • Translate business and technical challenges into clear, structured proposals.
  • Represent the strategic vision of CI&T’s offerings, articulating benefits and impact.
  • Align sales, engineering, architecture, operations, and offering teams to ensure consistency.
  • Serve as CI&T’s primary interface with the AWS team (AEs, SAs, PDMs, ProServe, and specialists).

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales, consultative sales, alliances, or opportunity management in technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Clear, executive-level communication capable of navigating both technical and strategic conversations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Experience in the cloud ecosystem (preferably AWS) or working with technology partners.
  • Differentials
  • Previous experience in co-selling with AWS or other hyperscalers.
  • Knowledge of AWS programs (MAP, OLA, funding, POC credits, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation consulting.
  • Familiarity with data, AI, modernization, and cloud architecture solutions.
  • Advanced English.
