Creative Director leading visual strategies and campaigns for CIAL Dun & Bradstreet's marketing. Focus on brand evolution, acquisition campaigns, and digital performance-driven experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead the process of receiving, understanding, and organizing briefs, translating business objectives into effective, scalable, and consistent visual solutions
Create and evolve visual identities, key visuals, and graphic systems for digital campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives
Expand creative concepts into multiple digital formats, such as banners, social posts, stories, short videos, paid media assets, email marketing, landing pages, hotsites, and corporate materials
Work strategically on acquisition and media campaigns, creating segmented, testable, and performance-oriented assets (CRO)
Apply advanced UX/UI and CRO concepts to landing pages, hotsites, and digital journeys, actively participating in A/B tests and ongoing optimizations
Work with our CMS to maintain, evolve, and publish website pages, in partnership with marketing and technology
Support the team in video creation, aesthetic direction, and editing (basic motion, short campaign/social/product videos)
Proven use of generative AI tools (image, video, text, or creative automation) to accelerate processes, explore concepts, and increase creative efficiency
Ensure visual consistency, aesthetic evolution, and brand governance, maintaining standards, assets, guidelines, and best practices
Analyze data from marketing, media, and user behavior platforms to propose creative solutions based on real insights
Act as a technical and creative reference, supporting other designers and stakeholders in decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience as a designer (preferably B2B)
Advanced English
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, basic After Effects)
Knowledge of Webflow (CMS) for creating and maintaining pages
Experience with platforms and tools such as: LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads & Analytics, YouTube, Hotjar, RD Station, Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, Miro
Experience with landing pages, CRO, and A/B testing
Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools applied to design and marketing
Degree in Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, or related fields
Online portfolio required, demonstrating relevant projects and real impact.
