- Analista de S&OP Pleno responsible for analyzing stock evolution along the supply chain at Cia Hering. Leading risk identification and supporting decision-making in purchasing and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends across the supply chain (distribution center, stores and channels), ensuring alignment with budget and working capital targets;
- Assess inventory quality by analyzing composition by collection, category, channel, life cycle and coverage;
- Develop inventory aging analyses to identify risks of obsolescence, excess stock or low turnover;
- Create and monitor clearance plans to reduce obsolete inventory;
- Analyze inventory and demand composition trends to support purchasing, production and replenishment decisions;
- Build projections of inventory evolution based on sales, purchases and commercial strategies;
- Monitor key indicators such as inventory turnover, coverage, stockout level, excess and aging;
- Support the S&OP process with inventory and product availability analyses, contributing to alignment between demand and capacity;
- Develop reports and analytical materials to support decision-making;
- Identify opportunities to improve planning and inventory management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Experience in inventory management, production planning and control;
- Knowledge of processes and flows in the textile supply chain;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams;
- Organized, proactive, with a systemic (holistic) view;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, BigQuery and other data analysis tools.
