About the role
- Analista Fiscal using SAP Business One to manage tax compliance and support clients at SKILLCONSULTING. Working with a dynamic team to implement tax strategies and resolve fiscal inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Parameterization of SAP Business One (SAP B1) with a focus on accounting and tax configuration.
- Configuration and maintenance of Grupo Skill addons.
- Technical support for internal users and clients.
- Monitoring and resolution of tickets opened by clients.
- Client support on accounting and tax matters related to SAP B1.
- Analysis and clarification of client questions.
- Execution of internal tests to validate processes and adjustments.
- Direct reporting to the analyst, consultant and manager.
- Support for training and internal tasks directed to assistants.
- Validation and correction of tasks performed by assistants.
- Communication with clients via e-mail and other support channels.
- Guidance for other colleagues.
- Review and analysis of work.
- Analysis of issues and intermediate configurations.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge and practical experience with the main taxes: ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS and withholdings.
- Intermediate knowledge of tax closing and calculation for the taxes mentioned above.
- Intermediate knowledge in preparing statutory tax filings, including EFD Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, REINF, ECD and ECF.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1), with experience in tax formulas, combinations, tax codes, automatic code determination and operation parameterization.
- Intermediate knowledge of Grupo Skill addons.
- Ability to identify system incidents and bugs.
- Skill in performing accounting and tax parameterizations.
- Capability to create simple queries in the query generator and reports.
- Strong communication skills with clients.
- Knowledge related to invoice management, boletos, remittances/returns and renegotiations.
- Knowledge of payment orders, approvals and DDA (Authorized Direct Debit).
- Knowledge of classification, pre-classification and bank reconciliation focused on DocPay.
- Mastery of the complete reconciliation cycle between DocPay and SAP B1.
