About the role
- Junior Systems Analyst collaborating on MES and SCADA projects and developing solutions in a manufacturing environment. Engaging with teams to enhance system performance in Limeira, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute projects and activities related to the architecture of manufacturing systems (MES / SCADA)
- Ensure knowledge dissemination by delivering training and preparing technical documentation with user instructions for manufacturing IT systems
- Define and guide technical directives to be followed when gathering requirements with business areas and external vendors
- Plan and execute the roadmap for technology updates, security, and new features in IT systems
- Support, design, and develop IT solutions using MS Power Platform and C#, following the organization's global standards
- Operate within excellence standards defined by service level agreements (SLAs), thereby safeguarding the department's KPIs
- Maintain close cooperation with IT infrastructure and Systems teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced English
- Professional experience and knowledge in manufacturing systems (MES and SCADA), production processes, and factory support
- Proficiency in software development using C#
- Knowledge of PLCs is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Limeira, SP plant
