About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor the full product development cycle, ensuring adherence to plans, deadlines, and KPIs.
- Manage and monitor the product development schedule;
- Oversee development stages, focusing on identifying and evaluating new opportunities within the collections development processes;
- Update and maintain the GTM area databases (go-to-market);
- Analyze and track the department's performance indicators;
- Participate in delivery and timeline negotiations, assessing impacts across all involved departments and enabling agile, assertive decision-making;
- Report to Cia Hering leadership in a clear and organized manner on the progress of each collection;
- Manage conflicts between the departments involved;
- Support updates to the area's strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis and organization;
- Experience monitoring the development of textile products;
- Experience in information management, analysis, and control;
- Experience in project monitoring and/or project management will be considered an advantage.
