Responsibilities
Support Sales Representatives in handling customer inquiries and orders
Assist with trade show preparation
Organise and dispatch materials to our Sales Representatives and directly to customers
Enter and maintain data in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and, where applicable, SAP
Support the management and maintenance of our inventory
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
Experience with SAP is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for your work
