Responsibilities
Manage and optimize omnichannel paid media campaigns.
Understand business objectives and align paid media strategies.
Define audiences, budgets, channels, and performance indicators.
Launch and manage multichannel campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Plan and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective creatives, audiences, and bids.
Continuously monitor performance and produce reports with insights and measurable results.
Create and optimize campaigns in Spanish and in English or Portuguese, ensuring cultural and market appropriateness.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (preferably at a digital agency).
Proven track record of campaigns with measurable results (ROI/ROAS).
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic media is a plus.
Experience across the full campaign lifecycle — from onboarding to final reporting.
Ability to configure, analyze, and apply learnings from A/B tests.
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with CRMs (SENTR, HubSpot, or similar).
Fluency in Spanish and additional fluency in English or Portuguese (required).
