Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly meetings with public relations agencies and ensure required follow-ups
Manage orders for promotional materials (POSM) and samples intended for media and influencer initiatives
Keep programming calendars up to date for all Moët Hennessy Communications and Influence projects
Manage mailing and specialized courier services for public relations purposes
Ensure partner agencies have all necessary materials and resources for success
Coordinate and execute various projects, including press office activities, major national initiatives, and media events
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Communications and Influence projects
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Moët Hennessy brand guidelines
Collaborate with the graphic design team on the development of visuals
Requirements
University degree
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing or public relations
Experience in a public relations agency is an asset
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Valid passport and driver’s license
Ability to occasionally lift and carry equipment
