About the role

  • Lead business development strategies and manage key accounts for CHEP's European market. Collaborate across teams to enhance sales performance in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts
  • Proactively identify and secure high-value new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Lead the development and execution of joint business plans with strategic customers
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior business development managers

Requirements

  • University Degree (essential)
  • MBA and Master in Digital Business (desirable)
  • 5 years selling into the Supply Chain and Logistics markets
  • 3 years Internet of Things (IoT), track and trace, or other SaaS experience
  • Strong Commercial Knowledge
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
  • Portuguese and/or German (desirable)
