About the role

  • Senior Talent Partner designing talent strategies and hiring processes for growth-stage B2B SaaS clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build world-class talent in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute a talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns and generate insights that inform search strategy and prioritization
  • Refine and continuously iterate searches to ensure deep penetration of the Product and wider tech talent pools
  • Analyze funnel data, derive insights, and optimise each stage of the hiring process for speed, quality, and conversion
  • Drive high-velocity execution of multiple recruitment workstreams in parallel
  • Build influential relationships with hiring managers and Product leaders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Brand, and Product teams at Chapter 2

Requirements

  • Strong experience partnering with high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech hiring
  • Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruiter owning end-to-end searches in high-trajectory environments
  • High agency.
  • Resilience and adaptability.
  • Deep curiosity and analytical rigor.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
