About the role
- Product Owner responsible for CRM landscape development and operations at C.H.BECK. Leading projects and teams in a hybrid environment in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Sie verantworten die strategische Weiterentwicklung und den reibungslosen Betrieb der CRM-Landschaft mit Schwerpunkt Salesforce (teilweise noch SAP CRM).
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen der Geschäftsbereiche in technische Lösungen
- Steuerung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs, Ausarbeitung von Epics und User Stories
- Leitung und Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten rund um Marketing und Vertrieb
- Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams (IT, Fachbereiche, externe Dienstleister)
- Sicherstellung effizienter, datenschutzkonformer CRM‑Prozesse und hoher Datenqualität
- Abnahme von Features und Releases sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs (Monitoring, Support)
- Aktives Stakeholder‑Management und transparente Kommunikation zu Fortschritten und Prioritäten
- Planung und Durchführung von Key‑User‑Schulungen sowie Maßnahmen im Change- und Akzeptanzmanagement
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Salesforce-Erfahrung (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud), idealerweise zertifiziert
- Praxis als Product Owner, Business Analyst oder in vergleichbarer Rolle sowie idealerweise IT-Projektleitung
- Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Tools wie Jira, Confluence
- Technisches Verständnis von Integrationen, APIs, Datenmodellen und Second-Level-Support
- Tiefes Prozesswissen in Vertrieb, Marketing, Service und Kundenportalen
- Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Analysefähigkeiten sowie Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (für Stakeholder-Kommunikation, Schulungen und Teamkoordination)
