Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks and principles (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking)
- Experience coaching teams, other Agile Coaches, and organizational units
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong empathy, assertiveness, and ability to drive change
- Certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). OKR Process Owner or similar is a plus
