About the role

  • Branch Manager accountable for team performance and community engagement at orsa credit union. Leading coaching, mentorship, and achieving business objectives while fostering a culture of inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of exceptional member and team member experiences
  • Advocates, nurtures, and guides their team to promote and deliver on orsa credit union's Member Engagement Manifesto
  • Removing obstacles and barriers to excellence
  • Setting the tone for branch performance and community engagement
  • Responsible for overall branch functions and delivery
  • Coaching and mentorship of staff for growth
  • Achieving the business and financial objectives of the credit union

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-6 years’ experience in retail/member experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Proven successful goal setting and achievements
  • Proficiency using Excel and Word
  • 3 years of leadership experience (nice to have)
