About the role
- Hybrid BCBA role delivering ABA therapy with flexibility between remote and in-person settings. Overseeing care and support for clients while maintaining high-quality clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision
Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
- Experience with ABA therapy in virtual and in-home settings
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making
