About the role
- Centria Autism seeks a Hybrid BCBA to deliver ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings. Focus on meaningful collaboration and client-centered care with weekly in-person supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and clinical teams for effective service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to clinical and operational teams’ standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Weekly in-person supervision required.
- Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes.
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
