About the role
- Associate Solutions Engineer providing technical support to Sales team at Centrapay. Role involves coding, API support, and enhancing partner experience with fintech integrations.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical solutions, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Provide technical support to integrators - improve the experience of Developers who integrate with us, and how they onboard and self-serve with us.
- Answer technical questions from Sales teams, customers, and partners, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and technical specifications, as well as industry trends and competitor products.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to Engineering and Product teams to improve products and solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth integration of products or services.
- Train Sales teams on new products, features, and technical concepts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
- 1-2 years software engineering / integration experience in Vue and Node.js
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
