Data Onboarding Manager leading a team to ensure timely and effective client onboarding at Cedar Gate Technologies. Overseeing healthcare data workflows and project execution with a remote hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data onboarding for new clients and complex expansions, serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and mentor a team of Data Acquisition Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Collaborate with Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO), Enterprise Client Delivery, Product, and Data teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to provide updates, clarify requirements, and resolve issues.
Facilitate onboarding meetings, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolution of onboarding-related issues.
Act as the senior escalation point for onboarding challenges, ensuring visibility and resolution.
Champion continuous improvement in onboarding processes and client experience.
Provide regular updates to the Director of Data Onboarding and executive leadership.
Requirements
5 or more years of project management or implementation experience, ideally in healthcare or data services
More than 2 years in a leadership role, with experience managing or mentoring teams
Strong understanding of data onboarding workflows and file exchange processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and executives
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Willingness to obtain a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) within 6 months of hire if not already held
Strong Excel and reporting skills
