Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for the Corporate ISG portfolio and associated infrastructure solutions
Own and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and execute account and go-to-market plans aligned to Corporate and ISG strategy
Proactively engage with Corporate customers to understand infrastructure needs, challenges, and priorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple levels
Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and specialist teams to scope, position, and close opportunities
Present data-driven insights and commercial recommendations to customers
Promote and execute relevant vendor programs, incentives, and propositions
Deliver against defined revenue, pipeline, and activity KPIs
Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or senior sales professional, ideally within the IT or technology sector
Strong understanding of infrastructure solutions and how they support customer business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert pipeline within Corporate or mid-market environments
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate technical value in business terms
Confident engaging, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on new business and growth
Data-literate and comfortable using analytics to identify, prioritise, and progress opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Self-starter able to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams
