About the role
- Senior Analyst responsible for ensuring robust operation of the MAX Self-Serve platform for CBC/Radio-Canada. Driving broader adoption and continuous improvement in client and media solutions user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries submitted through the MAX platform in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate client adoption of the MAX platform
- Conduct product demonstrations for both prospective and existing clients
- Maintain and update all sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and data sheets
- Plan organize, and facilitate webinars designed to engage clients
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
- Act as a primary point of escalation for all client- and sales-related challenges
- Maintain Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy
- Manage and configure promotional advertising initiatives directly on the MAX platform
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Propose and recommend new data products and segments based on market demand
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree with preference in e-commerce, business intelligence, or marketing strongly preferred
- At least three (3) years of extensive experience within a media or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of Data Management Platforms
- Robust understanding of Programmatic Technology
- Proficiency in Google Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager)
- A solid understanding of legal issues surrounding data privacy and security, particularly in relation to regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a valuable asset
