About the role
- Lead the AI development team for French services, ensuring technical coherence and mentoring engineers. Drive cloud integration (Microsoft Azure), MLOps, and production deployment of generative AI and agent-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team and ensure technical coherence across AI-related projects.
- Oversee the integration of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and optimize development and deployment environments.
- Work closely with product and data teams to translate business needs into effective technological solutions.
- Mentor, guide, and support developers in their practices, skill development, and performance.
