About the role
- Junior Process Analyst supporting internal process mapping and redesign at Catupiry. Collecting and analyzing operational data for improvement opportunities and monitoring performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Support the mapping and redesign of internal processes;
- Collect, organize and analyze operational data to support the identification of improvement opportunities;
- Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation (flows, procedures, work instructions);
- Support the implementation of improvements and monitor performance indicators;
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and management reports;
- Participate in meetings with stakeholder areas to gather information and present proposals;
- Conduct technical visits to production units to collect and validate information on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience with mapping and creating processes (administrative and operational);
- Knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.);
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis;
- Preferred: knowledge or experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
