About the role

  • People Leader within the eCommerce Product Management team at Caterpillar. Leading marketing strategy, product vision, and team development for digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive Caterpillar’s On Site Marketing strategy while leading a team of product managers and specialists
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for HCL CMC and Uniform DXP capabilities ensuring product initiatives align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends
  • Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and business teams to deliver high quality solutions
  • Leverage HCL Commerce, Feed Manager, Hightouch, CMC and Uniform DXP expertise to guide and support scalable content modeling
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data
  • Set clear objectives, monitor team and product KPIs, and ensure accountability for results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years leading an eCommerce function
  • Knowledge of eCommerce Content Management tools and Digital Experience Platforms
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, Aha
  • Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance)
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore team model
  • Strong accountability, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, digital marketing, communications, engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience
  • Experience as a product manager and extensive experience in an eCommerce management system role
  • Hands-on experience with Uniform DXP, highly desirable; experience with headless architecture, HCL CMC and promotional engines
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Feed Manager and shopping channels such as Google, Bing, Facebook marketplace
