About the role

  • Technical Sales staff ensuring seamless operation of heating and power generation systems from quotation to contract completion. Supporting partners and customers with technical queries and claims.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for sales staff regarding technical questions and support in preparing quotations
  • Responsible for order follow-up through to safe system operation
  • Ensure implementation and feasibility of the services offered
  • Professional handling of telephone and email inquiries as well as complaints
  • Support improvement of services based on customer feedback
  • Maintain newly installed and existing customer systems and ensure smooth operation

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training as a plant mechanic, HVAC (sanitary, heating and air conditioning) technician, mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician, or electrician
  • Ideally experience in customer service, operation of HVAC/climate control systems, and handling complaints/claims
  • Confident use of IT applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and SAP
  • Organized, results-oriented, and a quick learner
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills
