About the role

  • Technical Consultant supporting clients and sales team in Karlsruhe with technical advice and project processing. Managing customer inquiries, sales activities, and commercial tasks in HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support our customers and the external sales team with technical advice
  • Handle commercial processing and provide active sales support
  • Manage projects in cooperation with VB/VPI
  • Provide customer consultation by phone and in person
  • Represent the field sales team within defined parameters
  • Support target, win-back and potential-customer activities
  • Execute sales campaigns
  • Conduct customer visits by arrangement
  • Provide technical advice on system design and product selection
  • Resolve technical issues, including spare parts processing
  • Clarify, review, enter and maintain orders
  • Process returns, credit notes and counter-invoices
  • Handle commercial complaints

Requirements

  • Knowledge of heating, combustion (burner), control systems, refrigeration and ventilation technology
  • Sales-specific and business administration knowledge
  • Experience in customer support
  • Good IT/computer skills
  • Confident presentation and facilitation/moderation skills
