- Software Engineer in hybrid role developing scalable software solutions for Itaú's banking services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams composed of Software Engineering, Architecture, Product, Data and Design
- Ensure elasticity and scalability in software construction using architectural best practices
- Detail the functional vision and logical design to the level necessary for development
- Support technical design in accordance with solution architecture standards and references
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to construction
- Design and evolve our digital products on the engineering platform
- Create and manage usage and consumption indicators/metrics for the components under your responsibility, producing reports and presenting progress and proposals
- Ensure the team follows best practices in software development and quality
- Promote diversity and a healthy, psychologically safe environment
- People management promoting the #ituber culture
- Drive innovation based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Good software development practices (SOLID, design patterns, 12‑factor, etc.)
- Programming languages: Java / Go / TypeScript and data structures
- Software observability and resilience
- System integration
- Testing and quality assurance
- Knowledge of the AWS cloud provider
- Knowledge of databases
- Experience with back-end and front-end development
