About the role

  • Technical Support Analyst providing e-commerce assistance, ensuring client satisfaction and problem resolution. Engaging with clients and guiding them through API integration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of problems and questions, and when necessary, guide and train users.
  • Promptly and correctly respond to client requests, recording and resolving them according to technical procedures.
  • Support clients during API integration processes.
  • Handle service requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Interact with other support teams to resolve, manage, and follow up on requests.
  • Serve customers in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Identify business needs, requirements, and demands.
  • Stay aligned with best practices and meet the timeliness requirements of e-commerce.
  • Keep up with technological advances and be familiar with the company's existing technologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of programming languages.
  • Fluent English (contact with international clients).
  • Knowledge of databases.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of AI agents (a plus).
