Implementation Specialist overseeing customer onboarding and implementation for e-commerce platform Base. Collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient setup and integration.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new Base customers
Guide customers through system setup to ensure full functionality in the shortest possible time
Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase
Develop, document, and optimize implementation processes to reduce time-to-go-live
Support customers integrating Base with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in Mexico
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Educate customers on best practices to maximize value from the platform
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success in a SaaS company
Strong experience working with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces (experience in Mexico is a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and outcomes
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
