About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (including usability testing, journey mapping, and exploratory studies), with a focus on supporting strategic product decisions and service models for the High Net Worth segment
- Work directly with the business, translating strategic needs into research hypotheses, satisfaction indicators and business-impact metrics, connecting insights to concrete results
- Develop and monitor experience and business metrics, supporting areas such as Investments, Private Banking and Personalité in data-driven decision making
- Design, evolve and apply AI agents and digital solutions to support research processes, data analysis and insight generation, in partnership with design and technology
- Prepare and present executive reports with clear storytelling, strategic language and the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
