Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, events, and launches from intake to delivery.
Translate campaign and event plans into clear timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Coordinate work across internal team members, contractors, and vendors.
Manage campaign readiness, including asset approvals, dependencies, and handoffs.
Ensure event and roadshow follow-up sequences are executed on time and tracked.
Act as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance for active initiatives.
Maintain visibility into workload priorities, risks, and delivery status.
Enforce the use of intake processes and prevent unplanned work from disrupting priorities.
Support reporting readiness by ensuring campaigns are structured and trackable.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or program management
Proven ability to run multiple campaigns and events in parallel without dropping details
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and external vendors
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with limited resources
Pragmatic execution focused and comfortable making tradeoffs
