Responsibilities
Assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers.
Ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.
Establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.
Manage product demonstrations and trials of products.
Work with key decision makers for new product development process.
Data analysis and interpretation of data at individual farm, village and district level.
Identify and gather information on customer requirements and recommend appropriate service and product.
Support sales efforts to understand and solve basic customer issues.
Support cross functional teams including strategic marketing technology to develop and proof new products.
Provide technical training to the commercial team.
Assist sales support team by providing necessary technical support information for preparing quotes.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.
A qualified M.V.Sc (Animal Nutrition).
Years of experience: 0 – 2 years.
Should have experience in the dairy feed sector and specifically farm management.
Aware of new technologies in the dairy sector.
Experience and ability to guide farmers on good cattle breeding & feeding practices.
