Responsibilities
Sets goals and objectives to achieve operational results for the team responsible for maintaining, integrating, and implementing enterprise software.
Coordinates software configuration, testing, quality assurance, installation, and support activities to ensure stable, timely, and high-quality delivery of new releases and system enhancements.
Leads a team of approximately 6–10 techno-functional consultants who build, maintain, integrate, and implement SAP and low/no-code solutions.
Manages and coaches a team to achieve organizational goals by driving productivity, setting clear performance expectations, fostering engagement, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Drives adoption of product-centric operating models and agile ways of working.
Requirements
Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Experience as a hands-on Supervisor with strong background in Commercial, Risk Management, Customer Service, and/or Sourcing.
Experience across contract management, pricing, costing, order management, invoicing, rebates, sourcing, and/or indirect/direct procurement.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
