Responsibilities
Coordinate and drive the execution of continuous improvements, best practices and consistency of policies, managing teams in different countries
Ensure strategy execution and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures
Promote food safety, quality and regulatory culture and brand
Drive accuracies through effective and standardized risk management and implementation of standards and procedures
Anticipate risks and proactively take preventative action across multiple business locations
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and regulatory environment
Collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience such as Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer Alimentos, Zootec h ni c st/Animal Scient ist , Veterinarian and related
Proven and solid related work experience
Proven and solid people management experience
Advanced English level
