About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with English-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (min. C1)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (nice to have)
