IT Program Management Lead overseeing execution of IT programs in Aerospace Technologies sector. Driving standardization, optimization, and compliance in P2P processes under Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results.
Report directly to the Director IT.
Work out of US Aerospace locations, preferably Phoenix or Charlotte, on a Hybrid work schedule.
Impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive business growth.
Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of P2P processes.
Ensure full compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory requirements, while aligning technology delivery with enterprise business objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT program management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira to track progress and manage resources.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP or S/4HANA transformations, preferably within P2P( Plan to Produce).
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 or more years of experience in IT program or project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable.
Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification.
